Delivery

Delivery is made by our trusted courier companies to mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland, and is arranged with you in advance. For some local areas we may use our own delivery team.
We make all our furniture to order, so lead times may vary throughout the year.
After you have placed your order we will email you with an estimated delivery time. Please bear in mind that any dates given are always approximate to allow for things beyond our control such as staff illness and availability of raw materials.
The delivery charge is the same whether you order one or several items.

For single smaller items lower delivery charges may apply, enter S- in front of your postcode in the box below to see the price. See individual items for eligibility and then either contact us direct to place your order, or order here at the full charge and we will refund the difference back to you.
Collection from our workshop DN22 0LG is FREE, please select collection as an option at the checkout.
We use trusted courier companies to carry out the majority of deliveries across the country but for some local areas we may use our own delivery team.
Assembly
All items are delivered fully assembled except beds, dining tables and wardrobes which are dismantled for ease of delivery. These items can be assembled for you for a small charge by selecting the assembly option on the item page.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are Monday to Friday but we may schedule deliveries at weekends at busier times. We will contact you at least 48 hours in advance to advise you of your delivery day and time slot so please ensure we have a contact number. Your allocated day and time slot is not usually negotiable as we have to work to specific routes to ensure efficiency. If you are unable to take delivery or arrange for someone else to be present on your behalf, another day and time will be allocated next time we are in your area, which may result in delays. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation with this.
A signature will be required to confirm the goods have been delivered, checked and accepted in good condition. We deliver direct from workshop to customer therefore your items will be delivered with minimal or no packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for any delivery damages reported later.
Access to your property and preparation for your new furniture
Please advise us of any special instructions we may need in order to locate or access your address.
Please advise us of any access or parking restrictions and if there are excessive steps inside or outside. For all two-man deliveries we will place your furniture in the room of your choice wherever possible and where it is safe for our delivery team to do so. For one-man deliveries we will deliver the furniture to your doorstep, or will require assistance if you would like it placing in the room of your choice. We will let you know in advance of the delivery arrangements so that you can arrange for extra assistance if required.
We don’t stain or wax the underside of the legs or the base of our furniture. However, it is quite natural for moisture to escape here so you may wish to place something under your items to protect your flooring/carpets from possible discolouration for the first few months.
